Cares Route is one of the most popular trails in the Picos de Europa and you is located between Asturias and Leon in Spain .
Runs between the towns of Puente Poncebos (Asturias ) and Valdeón (León ) passing through the village Lions Cain.
Most impressive is the stretch of about 12 Km is the linking Poncebos and Cain a unique wonder that everyone can admire and that their movement is very easy but you should go with good shoes as everything is rock and sections of loose stone .
Was the old route that goes down near the river and was the only communication between Poncebos (AS ) and Cain ( LE) imagine spending during the snow season .
